Ongoing Items:

Portaloo for a year until we get the proper ones sorted?

  • Portaloo to buy – Aidan will put some links for loos to buy into the group chat so we can choose.
  • Paintball – would love to join in with us for emptying
  • Email Bill to ask him if he can email all other clubs to see if they have a portaloo/want one & would be keen to join in on getting them emptied.

Luke – Social Media

  • TV – plan re safety video – volunteers – Starring Moose, Hayden, Aidan, Q – filming & editing by Luke. Luke’s friend Matt Kennedy is able to do this at the end of the month – Luke to confirm what he is after as payment. We want this to reinforce the culture, but we will still need to have the chat in the mornings – video to back up the morning briefing, but not replace it entirely. Happy to wait for Matt – delay a couple of months till he’s ready.
  • Matt coming to interclub, and will talk about making a plan while he’s there.
  • Membership Management on the website all done, but there is some missing data. There are a few who aren’t users on the website and need to join.
  • Luke to push out emails to those missing data
  • Luke & Q to send out comms re making sure all details are updated and people know that its changing over.

Dan – Games Master

  • Query re more people to have gate access codes – Luke/Craig to get access – Aidan to follow up with Bill to get people loaded. cc Q please.
  • Suggestions re: Moose replacement – Club Liaison (?) – John & Craig keen to take it on again.
  • Facebook – more posts – photos from old events & game days. push the page & promote TAC now we have access back. Danilo to send photos for Luke to upload.
  • InterClub event update
    • Confirmed numbers approx 80-100
    • Hawkes Bay pulled out due to lack of funds
    • AWI has a few people registered
    • WASP/RAG will attend in smaller numbers
    • Dan will do another push to remind people its on this weekend
    • Night game – Gates open 3pm Dan & Hayden & Mike
    • Buy/Swap/Sell Sunday morning

General business

  • Aidan
    • 4th game vetting completed for new members
      • Grayson Stolley – approved
      • Sasha Zhao – approved
    • Approval to be given to members who want to use Orange tag & up. Doug has found the letter, and we can reinstate the policy.
      • Suggestion to look at high green tag guns, and make a 10m MED
      • Bring yellows range down another 5-10 j, to get high greens to behave in yellow tags rules/MED
      • Q to print more to take up this weekend
    • Approval for the above Hot Weapons letter required – Doug will change to pdf & email to Aidan to send to the committee
  • To be sent to Club presidents of anyone attending from outside of TAC, so they can approve the member using our classification of hot weapons – Yellow, Orange, Red.
  • Keep track of banned members – on the website.
  • Dinner for Barry/Moose here – chat about it and make a solid plan soon
