Portaloo for a year until we get the proper ones sorted?

    • Portaloo to buy – Aidan to look for a portaloo on a trailer
  • Paintball – would love to join in with us for emptying 

Luke – Social Media

  • TV – plan re safety video – volunteers – Starring Moose, Hayden, Aidan, Q – filming & editing by Luke. Luke’s friend Matt Kennedy is able to do this at the end of the month – Luke to confirm what he is after as payment. We want this to reinforce the culture, but we will still need to have the chat in the mornings – video to back up the morning briefing, but not replace it entirely. Happy to wait for Matt – delay a couple of months till he’s ready.
  • Membership Management Q has emailed everyone who hasn’t yet done it, so we can get it stored asap

Treasurer

  • Bank balance $14,825
  • Upcoming payments:
    •  TECT Commercial activity $531.85 (10% of BB/Gas sales & private hire games)
    • Shayden deposit refund $210
  • Planned:
    • Container for TACtor B Grade $4600 approx incl GST & Delivery, Hayden will contact them tomorrow to arrange.

Dan – Games Master

  • Q to go Darryl and or call Bill to have a chat to get gate app access
  • Moose replacement – Club Liaison – John & Craig keen to take it on again
  • Once container arrives, will quote for solar set up
  • Reward 2 x $50 voucher to give to the 2 people that head up to run the games – Approved, Q to find & purchase, will be in the cash box

General business

  • Aidan/Q
  • 4th game vetting completed for new members 
    • Bryce McLeod – approved 
    • Gys de Lange – approved 
    • Sorn Long – approved 
  • Approval to be given to members who want to use Orange tag & up. 
  • Re Interclub Event – everything went well, and everyone was happy. The suggestion was to do the food later closer to tea time. Utilize the field more, spend more time on the field. Looking at another one in 1-2 years, maybe a 24 hour milsim?
  • Keep track of banned members – on the website. 
  • Luke to attend on Sunday, first use of online login – can be tweaked as needed. 
  • Aidan will let everyone know to register online by logging in for Mooses game attendance.
