IT/Social media role to be added to President role
Add to Field master role with a sub committee under VP role
Add to Games master with a sub committee under VP role

Member only game Interclub – Lamb
Combining the two into the AWI interclub, this will be a members only game, rentals only available for vetting members or friends of AWI. 30th & 31st August

TAC to run Saturday 12pm – 6pm
AWI to run Sunday 10am – 3pm then BBQ

Working Bee vouchers – Lamb
Lamb to purchase some vouchers from UAS and RTA to give away, at the end of the year.

Game draw for working bee attendees – bottle of bb’s – Hayden to confirm frequency, Xmas game draw for prizes to show appreciation for working bee attendees. eg – if attended 10 working bees, name goes into the hat 10 times.

Preparation for TAC annual Xmas game – Lamb & Nicola

Club to purchase some items from old club member to give away to new players at xmas game – Lamb to organize
Event to be run similar to last year
Impact sports have donated a SSR4 to give away
$1000 budget for prizes
Nic to look into booking of portaloo

Apata fundraiser private game for Lizard Hunters nationals team – Lamb

Lamb has gained sponsorship from head office as well as a group of 10 for a private game for this Saturday 16/08/25, funds to go towards team jerseys and pallet logistics
