Preparation for TAC annual Xmas game – Team & Nicola – December 14th
$500 budget for prizes – Q – Stubby grips – $100 approx. Red dots 6 total, BBs – top us up to 40 ish prizes in total…. use up the last of the money. Red dots are with Mike.

Fancy dress – 1st prize $150 ReaperTech, 2nd prize $100 UAS, 3rd $50 UAS

Marksman – 1st $50 UAS, 2nd prize Big bottle of BBs, 3rd prize Small bottle of BBs

Aidan has booked portaloo x 2, will email, for invoice – Aidan to sort out payment. Q to collect Friday 12th.

Need to start full planning – food/timing/decorations/prizes – who will be main person helping Nic – must be available on a couple of Saturdays to shop/help

Dan – Game Master

  • TV – plan re safety video – volunteers – Starring Moose, Hayden, Aidan, Q – filming & editing by Luke

Hayden – Field Master

  • Tractor Mower – Hayden to get a quote re-done – approx $40k.

Would need to find somewhere to store it… Hayden to look into payment options, 20% deposit – 0.9% interest over 36 months. (8k deposit) approx $900 per month. Team to look into sponsorship – external funding or sponsorship required to allow us to lay down a bigger deposit. Speak to Doug re ideas for getting sponsorship.

 

Night Game

General business

Working bee last weekend went well – CQB, Domination & around the signs have all been tidied up. Dan sorted batteries & charging stations for the Night Game. Building at the end of the safe zone has gone up.

 

ASNZ meeting – Doug. Discussion re Nationals – Dan to provide feedback in a message for Doug to pass onto the ASNZ Committee

 

Blackberry – March – see if Bill can help. Alternatively Jay is still able to do them. Bill may be able to do it cheap for us…. Aidan/Hayden to chat to him
