Portaloo for a year until we get the proper ones sorted?
Single portaloo – keep looking into other options or buying one & arranging empty as needed. Look into getting a 1000l tank – logistics/cost/council requirements. Need to price emptying fees for both the 1000l tank, or as just the portapotty. Lower carpark area positioning.
Portaloo Rental – $350 per 4 weeks (2 x empty), Maximum $4,800 year.
Ask Paintball who empties theirs, so we can link onto their schedule

TV – plan re safety video – volunteers – Starring Moose, Hayden, Aidan, Q – filming & editing by Luke. Luke’s friend Matt Kennedy is able to do this at the end of the month – Luke to confirm what he is after as payment.

Our application to PubCharity for digger funding was declined due to “Funds available exceeded in your local community area.” The application will be resubmitted this week for the February round.

Move Website hosting from Vision Labs to Q’s hosting with WPengine. This enables Luke to have full control and to have a separate development site for testing site functionality changes. No ongoing charge, initial cost of between $300 & $1000 to move off Vision Labs services.
Can the Payments at the time of filling in the application form online be sorted when this change is made?
Still trying to recover administrative ownership for the TAC Facebook page. Q working on it with Aidan & Doug as needed.

ASNZ Update
– No gun can be won for random draw or raffle.
Can be a prize for working bee attendance, or marksman etc
Arms act – if current proposed revision goes through as it is – we will not be able to rent our rifles out. We would need need to have a firearms license holder at every game to allow hires.
ASNZ has put in submissions to try get it discussed.

ASNZ New app – once logged in – they’d get a QR code, linked to their TAC membership number. Sign in for hire, game day, Chrono.
also means we can log all the games, events, christmas, parties etc
Option to pay via the ASNZ app so they turn up on game day & play.

Working bee on a Saturday & workers potentially get to stay for a night game.
To buy x 2 big clear storage bins – 1 for props and 1 for xmas stuff
May event 17th, working bees Feb, March & April – asking for help to get our field beautiful for the event
