Portaloo for a year until we get the proper ones sorted?

  • Portaloo to buy – Aidan to look for a portaloo on a trailer. We don’t have many options at the moment. Still to be looked into when we find one on a trailer. 
  • Dan – suggesting portaloo with large holding tank – so the truck can come up once & do a big unload less regularly
  • Looking into trailered portaloo – max $2500 plus GST 

Luke – Social Media

  • TV – plan re safety video – volunteers – Starring Hayden, Aidan, Q – filming & editing by Luke. Luke’s friend Matt Kennedy is able to do this soon, payment of $400.00. We want this to reinforce the culture, but we will still need to have the chat in the mornings – video to back up the morning briefing, but not replace it entirely. Matt working on AWI video so we can compare & amend as needed for ours 
  • Website going well, new safety video will be on the website too

  • Q to go Darryl and or call Bill to have a chat to get gate app access
  • Excavator required to move the new container to its final resting place. Need to arrange a weekend where we can have a list of jobs for the excavator, and someone to drive on the Saturday.

    • Need to register a team for Nationals? We will need to book  asap – Tacless nearly a full team. Dan to register a team – Q to arrange payment.

  • Online registration has been going really well – Luke has done an excellent job. 
  • Luke & Q looking at potentially automatically sending out membership verification letters, to be worked on pending if ASNZ app will do it. 

Mike

  • Approval requested for new batteries – approx 4k all up to replace all batteries and ETUs. 
  • Approved by everyone 13/7/26

Hayden

  • Lock for new container – Hayden to link a lock. Nic to get quotes from Assa. 

More advertising for private games

More photos for the website to make it look more professional and up to date.

More incentive to those who help with private games. I.e fuel vouchers.
