Portaloo for a year until we get the proper ones sorted?
In progress – trying to get linked up with Paintball to get lowered price for emptying. Potential to approach other clubs around to see if we can reduce costs. Aidan to approach Bill for other club emails etc.
Portaloo Rental – $350 per 4 weeks (2 x empty), Maximum $4,800 year.
Ask Paintball who empties theirs, so we can link onto their schedule

Cancelled game from November has been pushed out till Jan/Feb… customer to get in contact to arrange after xmas – Follow up re ETA? Still keen to do it but just needs a date.
Birthday 16th – John, Callum & Barry – 21st March – times etc tbc

TV – plan re safety video – volunteers – Starring Moose, Hayden, Aidan, Q – filming & editing by Luke. Luke’s friend Matt Kennedy is able to do this at the end of the month – Luke to confirm what he is after as payment.

repayments 16% of years turn over. $480 per month? Q to look into finance applications when he is back
Quote needed from insurance to cover the increase in assets
Option 1B on Qs list is the chosen option – approx $33k with slasher & bucket. Plus attachment for mid mount mower – $36,915 incl
Move Website hosting from Vision Labs to Q’s hosting with WPengine. This enables Luke to have full control and to have a separate development site for testing site functionality changes. No ongoing charge, initial cost of between $300 & $1000 to move off Vision Labs services. Follow up with Q when he’s back home.

Doug to post into the Tac group chat the link to Ben talking to the government about Airsoft & asking for the change in submission so that it doesn’t penalize Airsoft as a sport

General business

Aidan/Doug
Aidan and Doug to work through email, with regards to Sundays incident. Will issue an email to make sure to clarify our expectations that he doesn’t return to the field.
Approval to be given to members who want to use Orange tag & up. Doug to find the letter, and we can reinstate the policy.
Suggestion to look at high green tag guns, and make a 10m MED
Bring yellows range down another 5-10 j, to get high greens to behave in yellow tags rules/MED
May event 17th, working bees Feb, March & April – asking for help to get our field beautiful for the event

Dan
Has a couple of decent solar panels, and would like us to consider a decent inverter so we can run fridge/smoker/chargers etc – Dan would like 3kw – to look at pricing.
Would also like to have another container to be considered around domination or top of the Y, where they are in good sun and wont get hit much. Suggestion all field maintenance is kept in that container. This new container would need power/solar too.
Working on buildings & getting better power ready for the inter club event.
