Preparation for TAC annual Xmas game – Team & Nicola – December 14th
$500 budget for prizes – Q – Stubby grips – $100 approx. Red dots 6 total, BBs – top us up to 40 ish prizes in total…. use up the last of the money.

Fancy dress – 1st prize $150 ReaperTech, 2nd prize $100 UAS, 3rd $50 UAS

Marksman – 1st $50 UAS, 2nd prize Big bottle of BBs, 3rd prize Small bottle of BBs

$35 per ticket. Poster to be made this month – Luke?

Aidan has booked portaloo x 2, will email, for invoice – Aidan to sort out payment. Committee to compensate when receipt received.

Need to start full planning – food/timing/decorations/prizes – who will be main person helping Nic – must be available on a couple of Saturdays to shop/help
