Working Bee vouchers – Lamb
Lamb to purchase some vouchers from UAS and RTA to give away, at the end of the year.
Game draw for working bee attendees – Christmas game draw
1st Impact sports – SSR4
2nd ReaperTech Airsoft – $250 total to use for working bee and xmas game ($150)
3rd Unlimited Airsoft Shop – $250 total to use for working bee and xmas game ($50)
Preparation for TAC annual Xmas game – Team & Nicola – December 14th
$1000 budget for prizes – Prize Best dressed
$35 per ticket Poster to be made this month
Aidan has booked portraloo x 2, will email, for invoice
Need to start full planning – food/timing/decorations/prizes – who will be main person helping Nic – must be available on a couple of Saturdays to shop & help

Half hour breaks communicated better. Maybe giant timer, so at the 5 min mark game briefing alarm goes off to get someone moving with new game

Mike to look into options for 4-5 new ones, and will contact ultimate airsoft etc to see what they can do.

Suggested whiteboard or clipboard in the container so we can track the use of hire guns & rotate so they get even use

Approved – Hayden to arrange, but need to sort transport & drivers for Saturday Hayden drives Sunday. Trying to arrange for next working bee.
