Portaloo for a year until we get the proper ones sorted?

  • Aidan updated quote – brand new porta potty $2568 plus GST, Trailer $2795.00 plus GST. Could maybe do a second hand porta potty – around $700. Aidan to continue to look into options.
  • Dan suggested looking into finance?
  • Q is hoping to get funding for the more permanent structure, on next years round. Will also talk to Bill re options that are suitable.

Luke – Social Media

  • TV – plan re safety video – volunteers – Starring Hayden, Aidan, Q – filming & editing by Luke. Luke’s friend Matt Kennedy is able to do this soon, payment of $400.00. Matt working on AWI video so we can compare & amend as needed for ours – happy to wait.
  • More Facebook posts requested to generate interest in the Club & events

Q Treasurer

  • Bank: $7,000

Planned:

  • Dan to quote for better power for the admin container, and solar for the TACtor container, CQB lights, smoke machine etc – inverter 1200w $530 plus GST. Battery approx $1000 x2 needed.
  • Q to submit Annual Performance report – acknowledgment required from everyone – please read & confirm ready to go

Dan – Games Master

  • Price for LED lights – approx $200.00 – CQB & carpark – solar powered as well as replacing damaged ones. Approved by committee
  • Team organised for this upcoming Nationals and registered. Dan organising accommodation and travel. No contact as yet for payment. Shipping covered, accommodation will be booked pending flights.
  • Approval given to take 2 of the upgraded guns and some batteries to allow Liam to go to Nationals. Also, may take a couple of extras to cover incase of issues – all ok with committee

General business
Note

  • Lockview email for Luke & Craig – access to gate lock at TAC. Craig done, Luke to do.

Doug

  • 26th September ASNZ Workshop in Wellington – Aidan looking to go, will advise. Doug to confirm, TAC to cover flights.
  • Q please let Bill know that there is camping/night game/smoke machine on the night game – 19th September
  • AGM Sunday 1st November – Luke to send out an email – Facebook, and TAC OPs chat

Aidan

  • Private game 19th from 12 noon – same day as overnight game – who will be free? 15 people – Q, Aidan, maybe Mike & Doug.
  • Vote re Lambs message – 7 people, 5 hours work, 2-3 hours game? Will be a weekday – who can be there? Aidan will be there, maybe Dan will try to stop in.

 

Luke

  • Lady has been emailing Luke re a private game, Q will follow up with her re date. 10-15 people, all 13 or over
  • Luke has made an auto generated membership that members can generate themselves via their logins
  • There is also a potential issue with attendance tracking, Luke to look into it asap
  • May be issues with vetting members, will advise
