Lamb to purchase some vouchers from UAS and RTA to give away, at the end of the year.

2nd ReaperTech Airsoft – $250 total to use for working bee and xmas game

3rd Unlimited Airsoft Shop – $250 total to use for working bee and xmas game

Preparation for TAC annual Xmas game – Team & Nicola – December 14th

Nationals Entry Fees – Lamb

$1120 total for all 16 peoples fees

Insurance Project – Lamb

ASNZ subcommittee has found an insurer to insure all the national clubs, for statutory liability & public liability. $300 per year, per Club.

Lamb cancelling current insurance, then the refund will go back to the club, with the $600 going to ASNZ to cover us for 2 years if possible.

Website Development – Lamb

Proposal email has been received by Lamb

Approx cost at max $5750 – payment plan available for 12 months – $480 per month

General business

Lamb will not be continuing on in the committee, this will mean the bank card needs to be destroyed upon this and the card put into another name

According to the incorporated societies page, a debit card is single authorization which is illegal, however we understand that decisions are made in the chat to be able to use the card.
